Since the launch of the Insta360 ONE R in 2020, the two brands have steadily deepened their collaboration, from introducing Leica’s SUMMARIT lens to the Ace Pro series, to today’s flagship Insta360 Ace Pro 2. At IFA, top-level representatives from both companies reaffirmed their commitment to pushing imaging boundaries, blending Leica's legendary optical expertise with Insta360's cutting-edge AI and creator-first design.

Insta360 Ace Pro 2, the latest joint innovation, has already made waves worldwide, earning recognition as NAB 2025 Product of the Year, T3’s Best Action Camera, and Outside’s Best Action Camera. Reviewers have praised its Leica imaging quality and creator-friendly usability, while sales have surged, with a 3X increase in just six months since launch.
As of IFA 2025, we've just landed some fresh awards, too, with our newly-launched GO Ultra winning the IFA Innovation Award 2025, and Insta360 X5 and the upcoming Insta360 Wave mentioned as honorees.
A New Player Enters the Field
What made IFA 2025 truly stand out was the debut of Antigravity, the new drone brand incubated by Insta360 and third parties. Sharing their booth with Insta360, they brought a fresh wave of innovation. With Antigravity A1, the world's first 8K 360 drone,¹ they drew a big crowd eager to try a new generation immersive drone flight.
Workshops for the Creator Community
IFA wasn't just about revealing what's coming; it was about telling stories too. Insta360 hosted a special workshop with professional photographer Mike Suminski, demonstrating how to master the Insta360 X5 360 camera and how to tell creative stories with it.
