  • How long will my repair take?Repairs at the Insta360 Service Center usually take around 7 business days from the time your device is received, not including shipping time. If payment is required, repairs and shipment are typically completed within 1–2 business days after the payment is processed. Service times may be longer during holidays or special circumstances.
    For the most accurate updates, track your shipment on the courier's platform using the tracking number they provided.
  • Which parts or accessories should I include when I ship my device?You only need to send the device or the specific part that requires inspection. If the issue involves official accessories, include those as well.
    If your device is experiencing SD card-related issues, please back up any important data and erase all contents from the SD card before sending it back with the device. We will perform a comprehensive inspection and service on both the device and the SD card to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
  • What is Insta360 FlexiCare?Insta360 FlexiCare is a protection plan that provides up to four low-cost replacements within two years for accidental damage to your device, including drops, impacts, water damage, and broken screens.   • Can I renew my Insta360 FlexiCare plan?If you have purchased a 1-year Insta360 FlexiCare plan, you are eligible to renew it for one additional year. Renewal must be completed within 15 days of the plan's expiration. Currently, only the 1-year plan can be renewed.
  • My accessory doesn't have a serial number. How do I apply for a repair?If an accessory does not have a serial number, you can use your camera's serial number when submitting the repair request.
  • How long will it take for my device to reach the Service Center?Shipping usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the courier and the distance. To track your package and get real-time delivery updates, check with the courier using the tracking number they provided.
