Even with the camera at the far end of a selfie stick, there’s no reaching back and forth. Connect Mic to an Insta360 camera over Bluetooth and it doubles as a remote. Press the power button to start or stop recording from a distance and keep every highlight under your control.

Both the Transmitter and the Receiver support fast charging8. Five minutes on the charger gives Mic around 2 hours 20 minutes of use9, and a full charge takes only 50 minutes, so you are back on the shot quickly.
Intelligent power saving.
The Transmitter drops into Sleep Mode when it stops detecting a signal from the Receiver, then wakes and reconnects the moment the signal returns. No powering on and off through the day.
Set the Transmitter and Receiver to shut down automatically after 15 minutes without a connection, so a device left on doesn’t drain its battery.
Turn on camera power sync and the Receiver powers on and off with the camera it is connected to. One less thing to think about, and less battery spent.

TX and RX
When charging two Transmitters and one Receiver simultaneously, a fully charged charging case can fully charge them for approx. 2 times.
1. Refers to Mic Pro, Insta360’s first wireless microphone with a customizable E-Ink display, as of the launch of Mic Pro on May 19, 2026.
2. With internal recording enabled, the Transmitter works as a standalone recorder and saves audio straight to the inserted microSD card. Internal recordings are available in 24-bit and 32-bit float formats, and a new file is created automatically every 30 minutes. 32-bit float is available for internal recordings only.
3. Four-channel output is supported on select Sony camera models and requires the official Camera Adapter, sold separately.
4. Mono set as default. In Stereo Mode with two Transmitters, each Transmitter is recorded to its own channel. With more than two Transmitters, TX1 and TX3 are combined for the left channel and TX2 and TX4 for the right.
5. A direct Bluetooth connection to a phone does not support the native camera app and works only with third-party apps. Audio is captured at 16kHz.
