Another year, another IFA Berlin. This year was a special one for Insta360, marking our 10th time exhibiting at the show. As a global leader in imaging technology, Insta360 was back in force, showcasing its latest 360 and action cameras, pocket-sized shooters, gimbal cameras, mobile gimbals, and conferencing solutions.

Since last year's IFA, Insta360 has expanded its lineup across AI webcams, gimbal cameras, wireless mics, and next-generation 360 imaging, while continuing to strengthen its position as a leading global camera brand. This year was particularly significant as Insta360 entered the gimbal camera category with Luna Ultra, with the imminent release of the single-lens Luna Pro set to take this new category even further.

But IFA was about more than just the latest products. Visitors could get hands-on with Insta360 through creator workshops, explore a 3D printing station offering custom accessories for Insta360 users, and, of course, spot our signature yellow bags making their way around the show floor.

Luna Ultra Takes Center Stage

At IFA 2026, Insta360 Luna Ultra took center stage with three major honors at the IFA Innovation Awards. The Leica co-engineered gimbal camera received the IFA Innovation Award for Content Creation Technology, the prestigious Best of Tech Master Award, and an Honoree recognition for Best in Design.

Together, these awards recognize Luna Ultra's advanced imaging capabilities, thoughtful design, and creator-first approach to making powerful visual storytelling more intuitive.

A New Moon Rising

The Luna story doesn't stop with Luna Ultra. At IFA 2026, Insta360 also previewed the newest addition to the Luna Series: Luna Pro, the upcoming single-lens gimbal camera.

Designed to make high-quality, social-ready content easier to capture, Luna Pro brings a versatile set of creative tools to the Luna Series. 4K Vertical Shooting makes it easy to capture content ready for social platforms, while 4× HighRes Zoom lets creators get closer to their subjects without sacrificing image quality. The detachable 2" OLED touchscreen provides a flexible way to frame and monitor shots, while NFC makes connecting and getting started more convenient.

Luna Pro also brings Leica's imaging expertise to the single-lens gimbal camera category, with Leica color profiles giving creators more options to achieve their desired look.

Luna Pro will officially launch on September 10, following its first preview at IFA 2026. The IFA debut gave visitors an early look at the next chapter of Insta360's expanding gimbal camera lineup.

Creator Workshops

Great cameras are only part of the creative process. At IFA, Insta360 also brought creators to the forefront, giving visitors the opportunity to learn directly from experienced members of the community.

Across three days, creators @technicolas, @Best360, @ASVideo, and @anastasia.samardzija led eight workshops designed to educate and inspire.

With around 20 participants per session and more than 200 attendees overall, the workshops gave visitors a chance to learn new techniques, discover different approaches to shooting, and get more out of their Insta360 cameras.

More than just demonstrations, the sessions created opportunities for creators and camera enthusiasts to exchange ideas, ask questions, and find new inspiration for their own content.

From Community Ideas to Real-World Accessories

At IFA, we brought another part of the Insta360 creator community to life with the help of Bambu Lab.

Following the fantastic response to the Insta360 × Bambu Lab Luna Ultra Design Challenge, we once again teamed up with Bambu Lab to showcase how community-created ideas can become real accessories for Insta360 users.

At the 3D printing station, visitors could watch accessories being brought to life on the spot, highlighting the possibilities of combining 3D printing with camera creativity. The station featured designs from the Luna Ultra Design Challenge, including a winning design created by @Yiweijiabin, whose idea earned the Mystery Grand Prize.

The collaboration offered a glimpse into a more hands-on side of the Insta360 creator ecosystem, where users aren't just capturing the world with their cameras, but also imagining and creating the tools they need to shoot in new ways.

The station was also supported by on-site creators @Plastic3d and @Itsboyinspace, who helped bring the possibilities of 3D-printed camera accessories to life for IFA visitors.

Insta360-Yellow at Every Turn

You didn't have to find the Insta360 booth to know we were at IFA.

Our signature Insta360-yellow bags were everywhere across the exhibition halls, carried by creators, partners, visitors, and industry professionals. Instantly recognizable among the crowds, they extended Insta360's presence far beyond the booth and became a familiar sight throughout the show.

From the exhibition halls to the streets around Messe Berlin, the bags traveled with the people experiencing IFA, turning everyday moments into opportunities for brand visibility and connection.

It's a small detail, but one that has become part of the Insta360 IFA experience. And this year, there were plenty of yellow bags to spot.

Looking ahead

IFA 2026 marked another milestone for Insta360, but it's only part of the journey. From expanding into new product categories to creating more ways for creators to capture, share, and experience the world around them, we're continuing to push imaging technology forward.

With the Luna Series opening our next chapter in gimbal cameras and more innovation on the horizon, there's plenty more to come. This is just the beginning.
