Antigravity today revealed that Tokyu Construction has adopted Antigravity's 8K 360 A1 drone and Nossa360's remote jobsite monitoring and communication system for use in remote site monitoring. This collaboration highlights how immersive aerial 360 videography can be integrated into construction workflows to give project teams a clearer, faster way to assess site conditions, improve communication efficiency, and support disaster mitigation efforts.
On large construction projects, it is often difficult for all relevant personnel to visit the site in person. Traditional drone capture only shows one direction at a time, limiting how remote viewers, such as headquarters, branch offices, and contractors, can interact with the site and potentially leading to miscommunication and slower decision-making.
To address these challenges, Tokyu Construction is utilizing Antigravity A1’s 360 aerial capture together with Nossa360’s cloud-based remote monitoring and communication platform. Together, they enable a comprehensive, panoramic view of the site that can be shared remotely in real time.
How It Works
- The Antigravity A1 captures the entire site in a single flight with full 360 coverage.
- The footage is uploaded to Nossa360’s platform.
- Team members join the same session to view the site and collaborate in real time.
- Participants receive an insight report generated from the collaboration notes.
This seamless workflow is made possible by Nossa360’s long-standing co-development partnership with Insta360 Enterprise. Having built native support for the entire Insta360 X series, including the X3, X4, and X5, for their platform, Nossa360 offers a highly optimized pipeline that makes working with 360 footage easier and more approachable than ever.
Hardware: Antigravity A1
Antigravity A1 is built for immersive aerial capture and is well-suited to construction environments where wide-area visibility matters. Its 360-degree perspective helps overcome a common limitation in drone workflows, where remote viewers can often only see one angle at a time. By providing a more complete view of site conditions, A1 supports smoother collaboration and more informed decision-making.

Software: Nossa360
This cloud platform uses off-the-shelf 360° cameras to streamline communication among project stakeholders. By combining real-time 360° conferencing with visual data organized by location and timeline, users can remotely monitor both live and historical site conditions. Trusted globally in construction, manufacturing, and logistics, it supports diverse use cases from safety patrols to remote inspections.
Result
This combination gives construction teams a more complete visual record of the site and a more intuitive way to coordinate decisions, improving site management, accelerating consensus, and reducing blind spots. It can also reduce unnecessary travel to sites, saving on time and costs, while eliminating the need to enter hazardous areas, contributing to worker safety.
Next Steps
Antigravity recognizes the value of aerial 360 videography across a range of applications, from creative productions to practical business solutions. This use case highlights its potential contributions to the construction industry, where visibility, speed, and shared understanding directly affect workplace efficiency. By pairing Antigravity’s capture capability with Nossa360’s collaboration layer, aerial imaging becomes a practical tool for professional operations.
"It is incredibly rewarding to see the Antigravity A1—a drone designed for ease of use—being adopted by industry leaders like Tokyu Construction. By combining a lightweight, portable design with professional-grade 8K 360 video, we’ve created a tool with a low learning curve that still delivers the high-fidelity data professional teams need for complex site monitoring."
—— Michael Shabun, CEO of Antigravity
Tokyu Construction plans to expand this system across the company by fiscal year 2027, representing a growing shift toward digital jobsite management in construction. Antigravity will continue working with partners to develop solutions tailored to construction needs, moving teams from fragmented views to a more connected, shared understanding of sites.
This initiative’s PoC and rollout are supported by the Low Altitude Economy Development Association of Japan (LEAD-J), including verification, deployment assistance, and training for Insta360 and Antigravity products. We are partnering with LEAD-J to build a full-service support system for Japanese enterprise clients, guiding them from the PoC phase through to long-term operation.
