Q1. What is the storage space of GO? What is the actual space that can be used to store files?

GO comes with 8GB of storage space, eliminating the space occupied by the camera system, about 6.6GB is left for file storage.

Q2. What is the file size of a single photo? How many photos can GO store?

The file size of a single photo is about 1.8MB, the 6.6GB storage can hold about 3700 photos.
Note: The above info is for reference only. The actual size of a single photo may vary depending on the shooting scene. The actual number of remaining shots can be checked on the settings page after GO is connected to your phone.

Q3. What is the size of the one-minute video file? What is the maximum length of video that can be recorded?

One second of video is about 5MB, therefor a one-minute video is about 300MB. That leaves space for roughly 22 minutes of shooting time. That is not accounting for transferring your files to your phone via the charge case.

Q4. When the storage space is almost full, will the camera prompt me? Will the files be saved automatically before the storage is full?

When the storage space is full, the camera will automatically store the recorded files, and the indicator will flash blue 3 times and automatically shut down.

Q5. What do I need to know about the camera's built-in memory card?

The camera supports FAT32 and exFAT storage formats. The camera will not operate if the format is neither FAT32 nor exFAT after being formatted by a computer.

Q7. Will the files in the camera be deleted automatically after they have been downloaded to the app local album?

Yes, GO has a function where you can "delete camera files after downloading files to local album", which can be turned off or on in app settings.

Q8. Does GO support the use of an external memory card? Alternatively, can I store my files in real-time when connecting GO to my phone?

While GO does not support external memory cards, or real-time phone storage, you can auto-download your files when you plug GO into your phone via the Charge Case.
