Below are the terms and conditions which apply to the Insta360 x H.O.G. EMEA 2026 UGC (USER GENERATED CONTENT) Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the contest”). Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information Contestants should know. These terms are final, binding, and winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. By entering this contest you agree that you are at the age of majority under applicable laws and regulations, and that you have read and agreed to the below Terms and Conditions.

1.Eligiblity: Who can enter?

1.1 The “Contest” is open to residents of countries within the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) where such contests are permitted by local laws, and to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. The Contest is not open to employees, officers, directors, or immediate family members of employees of the Organizer, or Harley-Davidson, or their related and affiliated companies.

1.2 There is no limit of entries to the contest per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

1.3 Contest is void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. By entering the contest, you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is legal in any jurisdiction that applies to you.

2.How to enter?

2.1 Contestants will need to supply links to their content and fill out the entry form on hogstories.harley-davidson.com/insta360xHOG2026. The content posted must meet with the requirements as described in “Contest Overview”-“Requirements for UCG Content” to be eligible including format, deadline and any other rules.

*No purchase will be necessary to enter.

2.2 The Organizer will not accept contest entries that are against the warranties of the contestants as stated in Article  7 hereof and the Organizer reserves all rights to disqualify contestants if the contestant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this contest.

3.How does the Organizer pick the winner(s)?

3.1 Within seven (7) days after the contest period ends, Insta360 will nominate ten (10) video clips submitted during the contest for further selection. Following the nomination, a panel of three judges will review the selected entries and choose three (3) winning video clips within an additional seven (7) days.

3.2 The winners will be selected by a panel of expert judges, consisting of:

• 1 representative from Insta360

• 1 representative from Harley-Davidson

• 1 independent freelancer determined by Insta360

The selection process will be based entirely on the judges’ expertise, with no element of luck or chance influencing the final decision. The panel’s judgment will be final and made solely on professional evaluation criteria.The winner(s) will be selected by a panel of judges based on the overall quality of the submission, including but not limited to composition of the footage, creativity and effectiveness of the editing, as well as the originality and diversity of perspectives and styles used.

3.3 Please note that the judges are not required to provide feedback on submitted content. They also reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, in violation of the contest rules, or contrary to the spirit and intent of the competition.

4. How will I find out if I win?

4.1 The Organizer will announce the three (3) winners via email or via direct message to their social media account on October 14, 2026.

4.2 The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to contact and confirm the winners. However, if a winner’s identity cannot be verified within three (3) months, or if any disputes arise, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry.

4.3 Winners’ prizes will be shipped to the winner and Insta360 will undertake to pay relevant import duty.

4.4 The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence, discussion, or appeal regarding the selection process will be entertained.

5.Prize: What do I receive if I win the Contest?

5.1 The prizes awarded in this contest are as outlined in the “Prize” section on the competition page. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to their prize. No substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed, except in cases where a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are also responsible for any incidental expenses related to the prize.

5.2 Organizer, will not be responsible for use of the prize which is:

a) Unreasonable and unforeseeable loss

b) Loss not caused by a breach of our duty or not caused by our negligence

c) Losses caused by factors which cannot be reasonable considered or outside of our control

d) Any losses caused by your own negligence

5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, by accepting a prize, winners agree to release the Organizer and Harley-Davidson (including all of its affiliate companies) (together, “Harley-Davidson”) from any liability, loss, or damage related to the prize itself, as well as any damage arising from participation in the contest, including the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, all prizes are awarded “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed.

5.4 If a winner refuses these terms, they may forfeit part or all of their prize at the Organizer’s discretion. In such cases, the prize may be awarded to the next highest-scoring participant.

5.5 Please allow sixty (60) days for delivery of prizes.

6. Data protection

6.1 To facilitate the delivery of your prize (if eligible), Insta360 will need to collect certain personal information via email, including but not limited to your full name, address, and contact details. This information will be permanently deleted once the prize has been successfully delivered.

6.2 By responding to the winner notification email and providing your delivery details, you acknowledge and agree to the collection of your personal information as outlined in Section 6.1. You have the right to refuse the collection of your personal information; however, doing so will prevent us from delivering the prize to you.

6.3 We will strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations and our Privacy Policy (“Insta360 Privacy Policy” and “Privacy policy of the hogstories website”) to process your personal information. The usage of your personal information will be limited to the scope and solely for the purpose of this Agreement. We will not sell or assign your personal information, and without your consent, we will not share your personal information with any undisclosed third party (the list of third parties sharing personal information with us can be referred to in Article 6.4).

6.4 To enhance the efficiency and quality of this contest, we may involve safe and reliable third-party services to collect your personal information specified in Articles 6.1. The list of third parties is as follows. You can refer to their Privacy Policy through the website link attached.

7. Warranties of Contestants

7.1 As a contestant, you warrant that you will comply with the requirements of all applicable laws and regulations, respect and protect applicable national interests, legitimate rights and interests of citizens, social public order, morality and authenticity of information. You agree and undertake not to produce, reproduce, post or disseminate the Content containing the following information:

a)Violating the basic principles and legal provisions stipulated by all applicable laws;

b)Advocating terrorism, extremism or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;

c)Inciting regional discrimination and regional hatred;

d)Fabricating and spreading rumors and false information;

e)Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating others to commit crimes;

f)Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

g)Violently intimidating or threatening others, or carrying out human flesh searches;

h)Infringing upon other’s privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests;

i)Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information and spam information;

j)Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or damaging the physical and mental health of minors;

k)Secretly photographing or recording others without the permission of others, infringing upon the legitimate rights of others;

l)Performing in a manner that abuses animals, etc.;

m)Containing horrors, violence, bloods, high risk, and endangering the physical and mental health of the performer or others, including, but not limited to,

i. Any content of violence and/or self-harm;

ii. Any performance and content that threaten life and health, and endanger the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others by using dangerous instruments such as knives;

iii. Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death.

7.2 As a contestant, you represent and warrant that all Content you post are all your originals or legally licensed (and sub-licensed) by the original copyright owners. The intellectual property rights of the Content shall belong to you or the original copyright owners. If the Content contain photographs or digital or video images that depict a child that is under the age of majority in their state of residence, you represent that you have gotten expressed permission from the minor's parents or guardian to provide the photo, digital, or video image for non-commercial and commercial use.

8. Other Rules Related to the Contest:

8.1 ASSUMPTION OF RISK: BY PARTICIPATING, CONTESTANTS ACKNOWLEDGES THEY PARTICIPATE AT THEIR OWN RISK AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, ORGANIZER AND HARLEY-DAVIDSON ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL HARM OR DEATH THAT MAY BEFALL ANY CONTESTANTS AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST. CONTESTANTS SHOULD NOT EXPOSE THEMSELVES OR OTHERS TO ANY DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR OR ACTIVITY AT ANY TIME DURING THIS CONTEST. CONTESTANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS.

8.2 Waiver of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, contestants, by participating in this Contest, further agree to waive, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Organizer, Harley-Davidson and their parent, affiliated companies and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Contest, including, but not limited to, non- sponsors (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against, any claims, injuries (including death), loss, expenses or damages and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise in whole or in part from the acceptance, possession, use or enjoyment of a prize or parts thereof, participation in the Contest, or in any prize-related activity, including, without limitation, any (i) condition caused by events beyond Organizer’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted, (ii) injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest, (iii) printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest, (iv) electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind, including undeliverable messages resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user’s Internet service provider, lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected messages, any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation in the Contest or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest or the processing of Submissions.

8.3 TO THE EXTEND PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, IN NO EVENT WILL THE ORGANIZER BE LIABLE TO CONTESTANTS FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CONTESTANTS’ PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ORGANIZER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS, DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, TERRORISM, OR PANDEMICS.

8.4 Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

If you reside inside the European Union, these Terms and Conditions and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Member State where you are domiciled. In case of a dispute, the competent courts of the Member State where you are domiciled will have jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

If you reside outside of the European Union, these Terms and Conditions and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights will be the state and federal courts located in the Central District of California and each of the parties hereto waives any objection to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You are also protected by any mandatory provisions in the laws of the country/region in which you reside. Nothing in this Agreement (including the preceding paragraph) will affect your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions in your local law.

8.5 Binding Rules: By entering the Contest, Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Official Rules, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude the Contestant from participating in the giveaway.

8.6 Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8.7 Modification: The Organizer reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions to a reasonable extent in accordance with similar activities or standard practice in relation to this Contest. If such adjustment causes material impacts on your lawful rights or material deduction of our obligations or responsibilities, we will notify you by appropriate means.
