Terms of Insta360 Trade-In Program

Dear customer:
Thank you for participating in the Insta360 Trade-In program. Arashi Vision Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Insta360" or "we" or "us") is dedicated to providing the highest quality service.

I. Precautions

By participating in this program, you indicate your consent and acceptance of the "Terms of Insta360 Trade-In" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please ensure that you have carefully read the following terms. If you do not agree to any of the terms or content herein, do not participate in this program.

1.You agree to provide your personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, address, age, etc.) to Insta360 and consent to authorize Insta360 to collect, process, and use such information in accordance with the content of the "Insta360 Privacy Policy" when providing services to you. For details on how we specifically process and protect your personal information, please refer to the Insta360 Privacy Policy.

2.You agree that Insta360 may access and process the information recorded in the product. Such information includes but is not limited to product setting parameters, photos and videos on the product's built-in memory, and data files of third-party software and software packages.Please be sure to back up and delete the aforementioned data files before shipping the product to avoid the possibility of an accidental data breach.

3.Should the eligible Insta360 Trade-In product or coupon not meet your needs, feel free to decline participation in the Insta360 Trade-In Program.

II. Scope & Eligibility

1. Scope of the Program:You can transfer the ownership of your existing products to Insta360 by participating in this program, in exchange for a coupon that can be used when purchasing certain products. These coupons can be used to lower the price of specific orders placed during the program period, and you can enjoy a maximum discount of US$100.

2.Models of Old Products: Only specific products designated by Insta360 are eligible for this program. For used products of brands other than Insta360, only some models are accepted. This information is available on the official website of the program and is subject to change.

3.Number of Participations:Each user (identified by account or ID document) may use only one trade-in coupon per eligible new device.

4. Insta360 Trade-In is available to users aged 18 and above in the United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong (China), Taiwan (China), and Macau (China). Supported regions: US, CA, JP, HK, MO, TW.

5. There is no limit on the number of participants. Insta360 reserves the right to modify the program duration and the number of trade-ins available based on actual circumstances.

6.The product support information is as follows:

*Note: Separate accessories (such as batteries, spare parts, peripherals, etc.) are not currently supported in the program.
*This program is independently organized by Insta360. The other brands involved in the program have no cooperative relationship with Insta360. The final interpretation right of this program belongs to Insta360.

III. Process & Responsibilities

1.Participation Process:
(1)Enter Device Information:Click the link https://www.insta360.com/support/workorder/trade-in/create to open the program page and enter the details of your old device
(2)Receive the Discount Coupon:After selecting your new product, you will receive a discount coupon for the corresponding amount.
(3)Purchase the New Product:Once you have received the coupon, copy the coupon code at checkout for your new device to apply the discount.
2.Product Recycling Evaluation:

(1) Fill in the model, appearance, condition, and functional status of the old product truthfully. False information or non-eligible products may result in cancellation of eligibility.
(2)We don't accept unidentifiable or unauthorized products, products with unauthorized modifications, or those obtained illegally. We're not responsible for any damage during transportation.
(3) Note that value-added services of the old product cannot be inherited or refunded after participating in the Insta360 Trade-In program.

3.Shipping Fee Rules:
- (1)We will cover the basic shipping fee when you send back your old product, but additional costs like packaging or insurance fees are your responsibility. If you sent your parcel via the self-service mailing option, you can contact us at service@insta360.com for a reimbursement of the shipping fee.
- (2)If the product doesn't meet our requirements or you cancel the Insta360 Trade-In order after sending it, you will bear the fees for round-trip shipping. We'll ship the product back to your original address after payment.
4.Disposal of Old Products:

(1) When you agree to send your product to us, ownership and disposal responsibility transfers to us. We'll dispose of the product in accordance with local laws and regulations.
(2) If the product doesn't meet our requirements or you cancel the Insta360 Trade-In order after sending it, you will bear the fees for round-trip shipping. We'll ship the product back to your original address after payment.

5.Coupons and Their Use
- (1)Each new product is eligible for only one trade-in discount coupon, and coupons for different device models cannot be combined. The coupon may be used alongside other promotional offers but cannot be exchanged for cash.
- (2) Insta360 X5: The maximum value of the coupon is US$100. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are 7500 円, HK$ 400, CA$100 and NT$ 1,700.
- (3) Insta360 GO Ultra: The maximum value of the coupon is US$80. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are 5,700 円, HK$ 280, CA$80 and NT$ 1,300.
- (4) Insta360 X4 Air: The maximum value of the coupon is US$80. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are 5,700 円, HK$ 280, CA$80 and NT$ 1,300.
- (5) Insta360 Mic Pro: The maximum value of the coupon is US$20. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are $20, CA$ 25 , 7,500 円, HK$ 400 and NT$ 1,300.
- (6) Insta360 X3: The maximum value of the coupon is US$50. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are CA$ 50 , 4,500 円, HK$ 180 and NT$ 800.
- (7) Insta360 X4: The maximum value of the coupon is US$60. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are CA$ 60 , 5,700 円, HK$ 280 and NT$ 1,300.
- (8) Insta360 Ace Pro 2: The maximum value of the coupon is US$80. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are CA$ 80 , 7,500 円, HK$ 400 and NT$ 1,700.
- (9)Insta360 Luna Ultra: The maximum value of the coupon is US$50. The equivalent amounts in other currencies are CA$ 50 , HK$ 400 and NT$ 1,700.
- (10) The coupon can only be used to purchase designated new products.
- (11) The coupon cannot be transferred or resold. It can only be redeemed by the user on the official Insta360 Store within the validity period.
- IV. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
- 1.Participation Process:
- Insta360 shall not be liable for compensation in case of program interruption due to force majeure (including but not limited to logistics delay/natural disaster) but will strive to optimize the handling process.
- 2.Privacy Protection:
- The device information and personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and are only used for the execution of the program.
