Our Return and Exchange Policy allows for most products purchased at Insta360 Store to be returned within 15 days upon receipt of the product without any reason, with certain exceptions.

Insta360 Store will offer you an exchange should there is any quality issues with the product within 15 days upon receipt of the product. We will refund you should there is no exchange unit.

The product returned should maintain its original quality and function, and the product itself, packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, trademark labels, etc. should be complete and intact without any human damage, has not yet been activated, and does not affect the secondary sale. Insta360 will only refund the full price of the product. No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.

We have the right to refuse your return requests under the following circumstances:

×Any products that were not sold at official Insta360 Store, or if there is no order/serial number found in the Insta360 Store system or if the serial number does not match, or if a legal purchase certificate or receipt cannot be provided, or if the purchase certificate or receipt has been forged or altered.

×Return requests submitted more than the time period stipulated in applicable laws and regulations.

×Incomplete returns of products, including missing items from the original factory packaging such as the product itself, packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, trademark labels, invoices or other incomplete certificates or documents, or if the appearance of the product has been damaged due to human causes.

×Unauthorized repairs or modifications, destruction, tampering with mandatory certification marks, destruction, tampering with product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, packaging and so on.

×Appearance usage traces that are difficult to restore to the original state, or data usage traces such as activation, authorization information, unreasonable personal use data retention, etc.

×Quality issues caused by collisions, damage not due to the quality of the product itself, unauthorized modification caused by human factors, intrusion of foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, and improper use and operation not in accordance with the instructions.

×Returns due to logistics damage, missing items or wrong product sent, where the recipient has signed and is unable to provide relevant credentials issued by the logistics company.

×Products damaged due to force majeure factors such as fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.

×After contacting Insta360 Store to confirm the return service, the corresponding product is not shipped within the period of time stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

×Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

×Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

×Other circumstances stipulated by applicable laws and this policy.

Return Guidelines

(a) If you need to request a return, please click the "Apply for Return/Exchange" button on the "My Orders" page of Insta360 Store within 15 days from the date of receiving the products. You can also submit a return request by emailing ecommerce@Insta360.com or through other online support channels.

(b) After you submit a return request, we will contact you via email or other means to confirm your return requirements. Please make sure to review and reply to our communication. Contacting you does not imply automatic approval of your return request. The specific judgment of whether the return application can be approved depends on whether the return conditions are met.

(c) Once your return and refund request are approved, please ship the complete product (including the product itself, outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions or manuals, trademarks, and original invoices) to the designated address provided by Insta360 Store within 14 days from the approval date.

(d) In cases where a return is requested due to product quality issues, Insta360's technical support department may need to conduct inspections to determine the existence of such quality issues.

(e) If the product meets the conditions for return, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned product. However, the specific timing of the refund appearing in your receiving account depends on the internal policies and practices of your financial institution. If our records show that we have issued a refund but you haven't received it in your account, we recommend contacting your financial institution.

Return Fees

(1) Unless otherwise agreed upon, for orders eligible for no-reason return policy, Insta360 Store will not charge any handling fees or additional fees. However, the logistics fees and relevant handling fees (if permitted by applicable laws) incurred during the return process will be borne by you. If there are handling fees during the return process, these fees may be charged by your credit card issuer or payment institution based on the terms of the payment agreement you have agreed to. If you have any questions about this, please contact your card issuer or payment institution for more information. If your return does not meet the conditions for free shipping, Insta360 Store reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount.

(2) The basic fees incurred for returns due to quality issues will be covered by Insta360 Store, including logistics fees.

(3) If you choose not to return the gift or if the gift cannot be returned, you should pay the indicated gift price as specified in advance. Insta360 Store reserves the right to deduct the pre-indicated gift price from the refund amount without receiving the returned gift. Gifts can include, but are not limited to, physical items, points, vouchers, and coupons.

(d) If the product meets the conditions for exchange, we will send the replaced products to the address of your original order or another address specified by you after receiving and confirming the returned product.

Exchange Fees

For exchanges due to product quality issues, Insta360 Store will bear the round-trip shipping fee.

Except as otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations, if the return or exchange is caused by you, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues you are not required to bear the shipping fee.

Special note: After the expiration of the valid return and exchange period as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations, Insta360 Store would not provide refund or exchange for any product issues caused by you, whereas you are welcome to contact Insta360 Store Customer Service for any maintenance request. Right of Withdrawal (for EU and UK orders ):

-What is the right of withdrawal?

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days* *without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement.

-What are the effects of withdrawal?

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods to the address specified by us no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal request. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
