Thank you for using Insta360 products and services. Before you apply for account deletion, please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this "Insta360 Account Deletion Notice" (hereinafter referred to as "Deletion Notice").
【ATTENTION】Deleting the Insta360 account is an irreversible operation. By completing account deletion procedures (filling in the information, reading and ticking to agree to the "Deletion Notice", and all other deletion procedures), it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the entire contents of this "Deletion Notice". If you do not agree with any part of this "Deletion Notice", please stop the account deletion procedure immediately. 1) If you decide to delete your Insta360 account, please confirm that your account meets the following conditions:
i) The Insta360 account you are applying to delete is your account, registered in accordance with the conditions of the Insta360 platform, and provided to you by Insta360. All activity undertaken by the registered account conforms to national laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of the Insta360 platform.
ii) Before you apply to delete the Insta360 account, you confirm that the deletion of the Insta360 account will not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, and ensure that the account is in a normal state, with no ongoing complaints, disputes or penalties, and no payment in arrears. Any complaints or disputes arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
iii) You voluntarily give up any assets or virtual rights (including but not limited to Gold, coupons, etc.) of the account in the Insta360 official store system.
iv) You confirm that when the account deletion application is filed, there are no effective but uncompleted orders or services under the account. If there is an order or service that has taken effect but has not been completed under your account, and you insist on deleting it, you acknowledge and confirm that the order or service will continue to be fulfilled to completion after you delete your account, and the relevant notice of the order or service will continue until the order or service is completed.
2) After you submit the deletion request, we will complete your account deletion procedure within 15 days. Please acknowledge and confirm that after deleting your Insta360 account, you will no longer be able to use this account, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information related to the account, including but not limited to:
i) You will not be able to log in to the Insta360 account that has been deleted, including on any Insta360 software and the Insta360 website (including but not limited to Insta360 App, Insta360 ONE X App, Insta360 GO App, Insta360 official store and other official websites);
ii) Any Gold and coupons accumulated by the account will be cleared and cannot be recovered;
iii) If the account is authorized to be bound with a third-party website or App account (including but not limited to Apple ID; WeChat account; Facebook account), the binding relationship will be automatically released after the account is deleted;
iv) After the account is deleted, all content, information, data, and records under or associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized (except in cases required by national laws, regulations, rules, normative documents, government policies, orders, etc. or required to perform our contractual or compliance obligations), you can no longer retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use and retrieve such information or data (even if you register and use the same email address again), including but not limited to not limited to:
- Personal data you set up under the account, such as username, avatar, etc.;
- The personal information you provide or authorize us to collect under the account (such as bound mobile phone number, email address, etc.);
- Other content, information, data, historical records or service records related to the account, such as community information, order, transaction vouchers and other store information, complaints and maintenance and other after-sales records, etc.
Please back up the above information and data by yourself, otherwise you may not be able to enjoy the relevant after-sales service.
3) During the account deletion period, if your Insta360 account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by regulatory agencies, etc., Insta360 reserves the right to terminate the account deletion process without your consent.
4) The deletion of the Insta360 account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the account deletion are relieved or exempted.
