1 Insta360 FlexiCare offers accidental damage coverage with up to 4 professional, low-cost replacements for the same model within 2 years. Insta360 will replace the damaged product and cover the shipping costs both ways. You need to pay a small replacement fee each time to use the service.
2 You can purchase Insta360 FlexiCare and Insta360 Extended Warranty from the Insta360 Store. These services are available to customers who have already purchased an Insta360 camera, as long as the camera is either not yet activated or has been activated for 30 days or less.
