Arashi Vision Inc. and its global affiliated companies ("we," "us," or "our") provide the AI Recording feature ("this feature") for the Insta360 Link series products and services (including but not limited to Insta360 Link 2C, Insta360 Link 2, Insta360 Link, Insta360 Link 2 Pro, Insta360 Link 2C Pro, Insta360 Link Controller, Insta360 Link Virtual Camera, and Insta360 Link Firmware services) in accordance with this Statement. This feature offers smarter, more convenient, and comprehensive services such as speaker identification, AI audio-to-text transcription, and AI summary for users of the Insta360 Link series. Before enabling or using this feature, please read and understand this Statement carefully. Key terms are highlighted in bold for emphasis. If you do not agree to the terms herein, we will be unable to provide services related to this feature. By voluntarily agreeing to or enabling this feature, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and accepted the entire content of this Statement.

I. Introduction to the AI Recording Feature

The AI Recording feature currently includes core functionalities such as "AI audio-to-text transcription," "Speaker Differentiation," and "AI Summary", available to users who have activated AI privileges.

When you enable the AI Audio Recording feature, we will collect your audio recordings. Your recording will be automatically uploaded to the cloud for storage. Your recordings will be automatically uploaded to the cloud for storage. If there is no network connection, the recordings will be temporarily stored locally and automatically uploaded once the network is restored, after which the local cache will be deleted. You can log in to the Insta360 Insight website to view , managing, and using your recordings.

Once the recordings are uploaded, if you choose to generate a AI summary, we will transcribe your recordings and create an AI-generated summary. To achieve this, we may engage trusted third-party AI service providers to assist in processing, and we will only provide the minimum necessary data required to perform this function. The transcribed text will be intelligently summarized , which will be automatically synchronized to the Insta360 Insight website for your convenience in viewing, managing, and using them.

To distinguish different speakers in transcripts, we will need to cluster voiceprint features from your recording. Please note that such information is only used for distinguishing speakers within the same recording and cannot be used to identify your personal identity or linked with other personal data for identification.

Please be aware that you are responsible for ensuring your lawful use of this feature, including obtaining prior consent from all speakers if required by applicable law. We are not responsible for your use of this feature or the resulting content. If you or any speaker in the recording refuse to provide audio or disagree with the processing of voiceprint data as described above, this feature cannot be used, but it will not affect your use of other Insta360 Link products or services.

II. Data Storage and Deletion

When we collect and use the information mentioned above, voiceprint clustering is used solely to distinguish speakers within a specific recording. After the speaker differentiation process for a recording is completed, the related data will be automatically deleted, and we will not retain or back up such data, in order to ensure the security of your personal information.

III. Supplementary Provisions

To enhance user experience, we may update this feature and revise this Statement accordingly. We will notify you of material changes through appropriate channels. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication. If you disagree with revised terms, you may discontinue using the relevant services.
