This function is necessary for providing you with Speaker Tracking, Group Framing and Gallery Mode, ensuring an intelligent, convenient and perfect online meeting experience. Before you use this function, please fully read and understand this statement. The key points have been highlighted in bold to remind you to read carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this statement, we will not be able to provide you with the products and services related to facial and voiceprint recognition. If you choose to agree or enable this function at your discretion, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept the entire content of this statement.

I. Introduction to Face and Voiceprint Recognition Functions

(I). Introduction to facial recognition function

1. To distinguish different participants who attend the meeting and speak through the same conference room, to realize the Speaker Tracking Mode, and to recognize each participant and realize the Group Framing and Gallery Mode, you can choose to enable the facial recognition function. To this end, you shall agree with our online collection and analysis of your facial image information, so that you can use Speaker Tracking, Group Framing, and Gallery Mode during online meeting.

2. If you refuse to provide facial recognition information, you cannot use Speaker Tracking, Group Framing and Gallery Mode, which, however, does not affect your use of other functions or services of Insta360 Connect.

3. To achieve this function, we need to collect facial images. We may select some of your face images in the current online meeting to recognize your facial features. You shall agree that we may collect your facial images and extract your facial features (recognizable voiceprint features based on the processed facial and other features, hereinafter referred to as "facial features") as a basis for facial recognition comparison.

4. After turning on this function, when you are at a meeting with others in the same conference room and enable the Speaker Tracking, Group Framing or Gallery Mode, we will match and verify the real-time meeting scene with facial features, so as to track the speaker in real time, ensuring that the participants are on camera, and present a separate video picture for each participant.

5. We are always striving to improve the accuracy of facial recognition capabilities. Since the collection of voiceprint information may be easily affected by various unspecified factors such as expression, makeup, and ambient light, and the technical level and recognition methods are constantly upgrading and improving as well, please be aware that we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy of facial recognition due to the technical limitations of the industry. If you find that the facial recognition is not accurate, you can contact us through customer service ( service@insta360.com ) so that we can improve the service level of facial recognition.

(II) Introduction to voiceprint recognition function

1. In order to distinguish different participants who attend the meeting and speak through the same meeting room, in order to achieve the Speaker Tracking Mode, you can choose to enable the voiceprint recognition function. To this end, you shall agree that we may collect and analyze your voiceprint information online so that you can use the Speaker Tracking Mode in the online meeting scenario.

2. If you refuse to provide voiceprint information , you cannot use Speaker Tracking Mode, which, however, does not affect your use of other functions of Insta360 Connect .

3. To achieve this function, we need to collect your voice information. We may select some sections of voice recording from your current online meeting to recognize your voiceprint features. You shall agree that we collect this section of your voice information and extract your voiceprint features (recognizable voiceprint features based on the processed voiceprint and other features, hereinafter referred to as "Voiceprint Features") as a basis for voiceprint recognition and comparison.

4. After turning on this function, when you are at a meeting with others in the same conference room and enable the AI Speaker Tracking Service, we will match and verify the meeting speech content with voiceprint features so that the speaker can be tracked in real time during the meeting.

5. We are always striving to improve the accuracy of voiceprint recognition capabilities. Since the collection of voiceprint information may be easily affected by various unspecified factors such as the environment, recording conditions, and sound status, and the technical level and recognition methods are constantly upgrading and improving as well, please be aware that we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy of voiceprint recognition due to the technical limitations of the industry. If you find that the voiceprint recognition is not accurate, you can contact us through customer service ( service@insta360.com ) so that we can improve the service level of voiceprint recognition.

II. Storage and Deletion of Facial and Voiceprint Information

1 . Please be assured that the video and voice content or information you generate in the online meeting will only be used for the interactive purpose of the meeting. After each online meeting, the video and voice content or information you form in the meeting will be automatically deleted. We will not store any video and voice content or information generated by you during your use of our products and services for communication, nor will we retain any of your face images or voice voiceprint information .

2 . When you enable this function, we will follow the purpose of this statement and update your facial and voiceprint information in real time during the online meeting in order to improve the accuracy and clarity of this function and continuously optimize your user experience. After the online meeting, we will delete your facial and voiceprint information to protect the security of your information.

III. Supplementary Provisions

In order to further improve user experience, we will optimize these functions according to business needs. This statement may also be updated from time to time. We will notify you of the updated content through appropriate means, and the updated content will take effect from the date of publication. If you do not agree with the updated content, you have the right to stop using the relevant services.
