1. How does the challenge work?

Complete various tasks to earn spins on the prize wheel for a chance to win an Insta360 X5, cash, coupons, and more!

2. How long is the challenge?

The challenge runs from 6am EDT on June 23, 2025, to 6am EDT on July 22, 2025.

3. Who can join the challenge?

Anyone! Just make sure you're logged into your Insta360 Account to spin the prize wheel. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to sign up.

4. How many spins can I earn?

There are three 360 experience tasks. Each one earns you one spin, and you can do each task once per account. In addition, you can check in daily and share the challenge to earn extra spins. Daily tasks reset at 00:00 (UTC) every day. • You must be logged into your Insta360 Account to spin the prize wheel. If you're not logged in, you may lose your spins. Once logged in, your spins will automatically sync with your account. Spins won't stay synced if you log out and back in. • You can spin the prize wheel up to 5 times a day. • The use of bots, hiring others to participate, or any improper or illegal activity will result in disqualification from participating and winning.

5. What is the prize?

The challenge offers four different prizes: • First Prize: Free Insta360 X5 Standard Bundle coupon (1 winner) • Second Prize: US$100 cash (15 winners) • Third Prize: US$30 Insta360 Store coupon (30 winners) • Lucky Prize: 10-100 Insta360 Gold (exact amount awarded at random, 5000 winners)

6. How do I claim the prize if I win?

• If you win an Insta360 store coupon, you must use it on the Insta360 Store within 30 days. Log in using the Insta360 Account you used for the challenge to view and use your coupons at https://www.insta360.com/account/coupon. For specific usage rules, contact the customer service team via the live chat window. • Cash winners need to provide their email addresses before the challenge ends. Instructions on how to claim your prize will then be sent to the email address. Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of the challenge ending. If you don't provide the required information before the challenge ends, you'll automatically forfeit the prize. • Insta360 Gold winners can check or use Gold at https://www.insta360.com/account/gold.

7. Will my personal information be collected?

This challenge will collect some personal information, including your email, PayPal email address and invoice information (including your full name, address and other invoice details) . This information will only be used for services related to the challenge, such as sending notifications to winners, distributing prizes, and tax purposes. We will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

8. Do I need to pay tax on the prize?

If local laws require tax payment, Insta360 will withhold and pay relevant taxes in accordance with the law.
