Please note that declining to provide the requested information may limit your access to this feature, but it will not impact your use of existing products, services, or features.

1. Complimentary Benefits and Trial Period:

• Insta360 offers you 90 free uses per calendar month from November 21, 2023, to January 1, 2024 (the "Trial Period"). During this time, you can enjoy AI Warp at no cost, up to a maximum of 90 times per calendar month.
• If you exceed the limit of 90 uses within a month, please wait for the usage count to reset before utilizing the feature again.

1. Post Trial Period Usage:

• Following the conclusion of the Trial Period, the initial version of "AI Warp" will be removed, and you will receive a notification to download the latest version. To continue accessing AI Warp services, please update to the latest version promptly. Failure to do so may affect your continued use of this feature.
• After the Trial Period ends, starting from January 2, 2024, you can utilize the AI Warp generation service at no cost up to three times per day. If you require additional uses beyond the three per day, you have the option to subscribe to the premium version. Pricing details will be provided in the announced purchase plans at that time.

1. Compatibility with Other Cameras:

• Currently, this feature is exclusively compatible with Insta360 Ace and Ace Pro cameras.
• Our product development team is actively working to extend support to users of other Insta360 cameras for access to the AI Warp feature. Stay tuned for updates.

1. Server Processing Time:

• Video tasks submitted to the service platform will be processed sequentially. We appreciate your patience during this process.
• Upon task completion, you will receive a system notification; there is no need to wait within the application for processing.
• If you encounter a message stating "The current feature is experiencing high demand; please try again later," this is likely due to a surge in server traffic. We recommend attempting the feature again at a later time.
