Insta360's Ace and Insta360 Ace Pro cameras are designed with pre-installed Lens Guards to withstand even the most intense action. These guards protect against dust, moisture, and other elements, ensuring creators capture every shot in premium quality. However, replacing these Lens Guards requires a controlled, low-humidity environment to prevent fogging and water damage. For this reason, the Lens Guards aren't replaceable.

To address this, Insta360 provides free maintenance for damaged Insta360 Ace or Insta360 Ace Pro Lens Guards within the first year of purchase. Customers only have to cover shipping costs to Insta360's US, Germany, Japan, or Hong Kong regional offices.
