Before exporting your personal information, Insta360 will strictly enforce the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the "Privacy Policy" , requiring the overseas recipient to fulfill the obligation of personal information protection, only process your personal information for the purpose of providing services, and shall not transfer, share, provide or process your personal information for other purposes without authorization. If you have any questions about the processing of your personal information, please contact us in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" guidelines, and you can delete, modify, or withdraw your personal information at any time.

If you agree to this "Consent Letter for Cross-border Transfer of Personal Information", it means that you agree to transmit your following personal information to overseas recipients. In accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Law" and relevant agreements, the matters related to the export of your personal information are hereby disclosed as follows:

• Purpose of processing : The purpose of selling personal information is to ensure that users can use the services provided by the Insta360 Store normally, and to ensure that the goods purchased by users can be safely delivered by verifying the order information;
• Processing method : The overseas recipient receives personal information through the API interface transmission based on the public Internet, and stores, uses and deletes the personal information.
• Types of personal information : 19 items of personal information in 4 categories:
• Personal basic information: name, date of birth, gender, country/region, detailed address, postal code, phone/mobile number, email.
• Network identity identification information: User Identification, nickname, user IP address.
• Personal commonly used device information: mobile device, activation device serial number.
• Personal property information: order number, order creation time, order payment time, payment method/channel, currency, order amount.
• Retention period : The retention period of personal information is the shortest time required to achieve the commercial purpose reasonably agreed by both parties, but the longest does not exceed 30 years, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations;
• Storage location : Hong Kong, China.
